From Inquiry to Offboarding

Step 1: Inquiry & Onboarding

Once you decide you’re interested in working together, here’s what happens next:

• Discovery Call: We hop on a quick call to discuss your goals, challenges, and how I can help.

• Proposal & Contract: I'll send you a clear proposal outlining deliverables, timelines, and pricing, on it you'll be able to sign your contract and process your initial payment.

• Strategy Call: We'll book a call to discuss in detail the strategy for this project, expectations, timeline, creative direction, etc to help me deeply understand your brand and needs.

Step 2: The Design Phase

Now comes the fun part—creating your brand or website!

• Strategy & Research: First, I dive into market research and strategic planning to ensure your design aligns with your goals.

• Concept Creation: I'll present a couple of moodboards for you to choose the creative direction based on your target audience and goals, you'll choose one and I'll start working.

• Design Development: We move into fully developing your chosen concept, either your brand or the homepage of your website. We'll have 2 rounds of revisions included.

• Regular Check-ins: Throughout this stage, we'll have clear, structured communication to keep you updated and ensure we stay on track until we're ready to launch.

Step 3: Offboarding & Post-Project Support

Once the project wraps up, it doesn’t just end abruptly. Here’s how we ensure a smooth conclusion:

• Delivery of Assets: You'll receive all your finalized files, assets, and instructions in an easy-to-access format.

• Training & Guidance: For website projects, you'll get clear instructions and tutorials on managing your new site.

• Feedback & Testimonials: I'll ask for your feedback to make sure you're thrilled with the final results and request a testimonial if you're comfortable sharing your experience.

• Follow-Up & Ongoing Support: I stay in touch, providing occasional check-ins, updates, or further resources to keep supporting your brand's growth.
